Passion for interior design and architecture

When we moved from south Sweden to Mallorca a few years ago we decided to do something with our passion for design and architecture and therefore started Calma Proyectos where we bought properties in need of some visions to find its beauty and convert it into sophisticated homes. With the passage of time we have seen that our customers are in need of a full-scale service, someone who takes care of their properties and acts in their interests. As a consequence, we developed our property management services with a focus on providing personalized attention, understanding each client's unique needs, and finding tailored solutions.

Filippa was more or less brought up on construction sites where Peter was building and managing. This in combination with her mum and dad’s big interest in interior design inspired her and contributed to her passion for design and construction. 

 

Pamela is the mother of the family, the one who creates a home. Her impeccable interior style, eye for detail, and ability to make a home feel welcoming is a winning concept when taking care of your home. She is the attentive caretaker of our family, of our home, and hopefully also of your home.

 

Peter grew up in Sweden with a big passion for real estate and design. He has worked as a house developer for over 30 years, with a focus on luxury contemporary house designs. Trivselhus and Rörvikshus are just two of the companies that he has chosen to engage his career in.
